Completely free-standing Tatted Egg Cover designs. Some are done
with crystals and others are done without them. 3 sizes. I used a regular weight (40 wt.) embroidery thread for all designs shown in this set. |

I'm holding the purple egg in the medium size. I got my satin-covered eggs from here. This is the 3.5 inch tall egg from their site. |

This one is the medium sized egg with
crystals. I added an organza ribbon and hung it from a hanger I
got at JoAnn's. I used 3 colors of thread for this one. The crystals are 12 SS for the large ones and 10 SS for the smaller ones on this size of egg. Complete instructions included. |

I hung this one the hanger - again with
an organdy ribbon. It has lots of crystals. This is the 4.5
inch tall egg. I used an 8x4 mm marquis shaped crystal for large crystals along the bottom edge. I used 16 SS for some and 10 SS for the smaller ones. |

When I showed this to my husband, Bob, he called it "BlingZilla"! It really shines in the lights. |

This is the small size. It is the
easiest to do. It does not include the strings since there is no
room to use them. I used an Elmer's glue stick and glued this one
on. I didn't even have to stitch the tatting edges together. I got this plastic egg (small size) at Jo'Ann's. It came in a bag with 12 pastel eggs. The SKU is 764878210045. Not sure if all stores carry them. I didn't find them on their site. They are Holiday Inspirations brand. |
