Completely free-standing tatting designs done in the machine embroidery hoop! I have these done a couple of ways and 2 sizes - 100 mm (4 inch) and 130 mm (5 inch). All tatting is completely free standing. Some are done with Mylar. This picture shows all of the designs in the sets so you can compare the sizes. These designs are so easy to do! Just stitch and rinse. I used a regular weight (40 wt.) embroidery thread for all designs in this set. |

Here are the 4 designs in the 4x4 inch
(100x100 mm) hoop size. I have them done with picots around the
outside edge and also done with MORE picots around the outside edge.
Each (picots & more picots) are done with or without Mylar. Complete instructions included. |

picots around the outside edge and done with MORE picots around the

I used a Madeira
polyester thread for this one. It has more picots around the
outside edge. This one fits the 5 inch hoops. |

I stitched this one with
metallic thread by Floriani and I also used Mylar with it. This
