Anyone can do these tatting picot edges in their machine embroidery hoop! The tatting edges are free standing. And they are continuous. I made part of a doll's collar for this picture. I put the tatting picots in the seam. Great for anything small. I have 5 different sytles! These designs use regular weight embroidery thread. The tatting edge designs are available for all hoops from 4x4 inches (100 x 100 mm) and larger. Complete instructions are included. |

All of the Tatting 59 designs. As
you can see, they are all continuous. I didn't rinse out the
stabilizer yet for these because I will put them into my projects.
These are small (width). They work great for kids clothing, dolls
or anything where you want small edge. Complete instructions included. |

I stitched Style 1 into the seam for one part of my doll's collar. I left the stabilizer in until I had it stitched. Then I rinsed it out. I used a 1/4 inch seam for this collar piece. |

OK. So I used a lot of pins. I haven't made any doll clothes for many, many years. Notice that I clipped the stabilizer so that it would allow the picots to go around the curves. There are 2 layers of fabric with the tatting picots in the middle. |

This is the smallest size of the tatting picots in this set (Style 4). The total width with the header chain is only 1/4 inch! |
