Free-standing tatting stars done in the machine embroidery hoop! These are easy for you to stitch out. Complete instructions included. Some are done with Mylar!

Tatting designs done in the machine embroidery hoop! Tatted Star - so easy to make. These designs are available so you can stitch with or without Mylar. EASY All of these designs use regular weight embroidery thread.
Click for a larger view.	This is so easy! Just stitch on wash-away stabilizer, rinse and let dry! I added an ornament holder to the top picot and I have mine hanging all around my desk area. 4x4 inch hoops. Complete instructions included.

Click for a larger view.	I used a gold metallic thread for this one. The Mylar is so pretty with it. For this style, the Mylar is under most of the star. I used the opal iridescent Mylar on this one. Complete instructions included.

Click for a larger view.	I decided to add this one to a candle. It is a metallic gold candle that has a bit of texture to it. I used Elmer's Glue All (not a glue stick) and put a bead of glue around the outside edges of the Tatting. Then I just held it on the candle for a few minutes until it mostly dried in place. I used a cold air setting on my hair dryer to finish drying the glue but if I would have just left it, the glue would have dried on its own. After the candle starts to burn, I'll remove the tatting, soak out the Elmer's (it is water soluble) and hang it as an ornament. These work up VERY quickly! I'm giving them as a quick and elegant gift! Complete instructions included.
