Tatting 1B - Free Standing Tatting Edged Designs

For LARGE hoops

Tatting done in the hoop! This is easy for you to stitchout and have free-standing tatting on the edge. Complete instructions included. This is a combination of free-standing tatting, cross stitch and wing needle entredeux. Ask if you are not sure if the designs will fit your hoop size.

As with any of my designs, you can change the colors to have a completely different look. For this one, I use the Tatting 1B design with the wing needle entredeux. When you use a contrasting color, the stitches form a decorative edge. When you use a color the same as the fabric, it looks like traditional entredeux. I used a lovely batik for these.
